arutaku（以下「本アプリ」）は、個人が開発・提供する iPhone 用アプリです。本アプリにおける利用者の情報の取り扱いは次のとおりです。

1. 開発者が収集する情報

開発者は、本アプリを通じて利用者の位置情報、散歩の記録、写真、ヘルスケアのデータその他の個人情報を収集・取得・保管しません（利用者が自らメールで送った内容を除きます）。本アプリには開発者が運営するサーバーはなく、利用状況の計測（アナリティクス）や広告も行いません。

2. データの保存場所

散歩の経路、歩数・距離などの記録、歩いたマス、ルートの好み、設定は、利用者の iPhone 内に保存されます。利用者が自動バックアップの保存先を選んだ場合は、利用者自身のアカウント（Dropbox、Google Drive）に「arutaku」フォルダを作り、ファイルとして保存します。手動のバックアップは、利用者が選んだ場所（「ファイル」アプリで選べる保存先）に書き出します。これらのクラウドに保存されたデータには各サービスのプライバシーポリシーが適用され、開発者はアクセスできません。

3. 位置情報

位置情報は、散歩の記録中と、アプリで地図を見ている間だけ使います。バックグラウンドで常に位置を取得することはありません。記録した経路は端末内に保存し、開発者には送信しません。

4. ヘルスケア

利用者が許可した場合に限り、次のためにヘルスケア（HealthKit）を使います。

読み取り: 過去の散歩（ウォーキングのワークアウトと経路）を地図に写し取るため、体重からおおよその消費カロリーを出すため
書き込み: 記録した散歩を、経路付きのウォーキングとして保存するため（歩数と消費カロリーは、iPhone や Apple Watch の記録と二重にならないよう書き込みません）

ヘルスケアから読み取ったデータは、端末内での表示と計算にのみ使い、開発者や第三者に送信しません。広告やマーケティングにも使いません。

5. 写真

利用者が許可した場合に限り、散歩のまとめを開いたときに、その散歩の時間に撮った写真を探して、撮影した場所に合わせて地図に並べます。写真は端末内で表示するだけで、外部に送信しません。バックアップのファイルにも写真そのものは含めません。

6. 外部サービスとの通信

本アプリは、利用者の操作に応じて次の通信を行います。いずれも開発者のサーバーを経由しません。

地図・場所の検索・徒歩経路: 地図の表示、目的地の検索、ルート提案の徒歩経路の作成に Apple の地図サービス（MapKit）を使います。この際、検索語や地点の位置が Apple に送られます（Apple のプライバシーポリシーが適用されます）。
ルートの選び方と散歩後のレビュー: 提案ルートの順位付けと、レビューのコメントの読み取りは、Apple の端末内 AI（Apple Intelligence）で行い、外部に送信しません。Apple Intelligence が使えない端末では、端末内の規則で処理します。
自動バックアップ: 利用者が選んだ Dropbox または Google Drive との間でファイルを送受信します。サインインの認証情報（トークン）は利用者の端末のキーチェーンにのみ保存されます。Google Drive では、本アプリが作成したファイルだけにアクセスできる権限（drive.file）を使います。Google API から受け取った情報の利用は、Google API Services User Data Policy（Limited Use の要件を含む）に従います。
アプリ内課金: arutaku Pro の購入と購入の復元は Apple の App Store の仕組みで行います。支払い情報は Apple が扱い、開発者は受け取りません。

7. トイレの「みんなのメモ」

トイレの「みんなのメモ」を投稿した場合、メモの本文、対象のトイレ、投稿日時が、Apple の iCloud の公開データベース（CloudKit）に保存され、本アプリの他の利用者が読めるようになります。名前は保存しません（iCloud の仕組みにより、投稿者を区別する匿名の利用者IDが記録に付きます）。個人を特定できる内容は書かないでください。不適切なメモは通報でき、通報が重なったメモは表示しません。この機能は準備中で、提供を始めたときにこの項目を更新します。

8. 要望・お問い合わせ

開発者あてにメールを送った場合、受け取った内容は、お問い合わせへの回答と不具合の修正にのみ使います。

9. 権限の利用

位置情報（使用中のみ）: 散歩の道の記録と、地図への現在地の表示
モーションとフィットネス: 歩数を数えること、立ち止まりや乗り物の移動を見分けて記録を休むこと
ヘルスケア: 上記4のとおり
写真: 上記5のとおり

いずれも許可しなくても、その機能以外は使えます。許可は iPhone の設定からいつでも変更できます。

10. 第三者への提供

開発者は利用者のデータを保有しないため、第三者に提供することはありません。

11. データの削除

本アプリを削除すると、端末内のデータは消えます。クラウドに保存したバックアップは、利用者がそれぞれのサービスで「arutaku」フォルダを削除してください。ヘルスケアに保存した散歩は、ヘルスケアアプリから削除できます。

12. 本ポリシーの変更

本ポリシーを変更する場合は、このページで公開します。

arutaku ("the App") is an iPhone app developed and provided by an individual developer.

1. Information collected by the developer

The developer does not collect, receive or store your location, walk records, photos, health data or any other personal information through the App. The App has no developer-operated server, no analytics and no ads.

2. Where your data is stored

Routes, walk records, explored cells, route preferences and settings are stored on your iPhone. If you turn on automatic backup, an "arutaku" folder is created in your own Dropbox or Google Drive account under that provider's privacy policy. The developer cannot access it.

3. Location

Location is used only while recording a walk and while you view the map in the App. It is not collected in the background and never sent to the developer.

4. Health

With your permission, the App reads past walking workouts and routes (to draw them on the map) and your body weight (to estimate calories), and saves your walks as walking workouts with routes. Steps and active energy are not written, to avoid double counting. Health data is used only on your device and is never shared with the developer or third parties, or used for advertising or marketing.

5. Photos

With your permission, photos taken during a walk are shown on the walk's map. Photos stay on your device and are not included in backup files.

6. Network access

The App connects only to: Apple Maps (MapKit) for maps, place search and walking directions; Dropbox or Google Drive, if you choose them for backup (credentials are kept only in your device's Keychain; Google Drive uses the drive.file scope, and use of information received from Google APIs adheres to the Google API Services User Data Policy, including the Limited Use requirements); and Apple's App Store for in-app purchases. Route ranking and reading your walk reviews are done on-device with Apple Intelligence.

7. Toilet notes

If you post a note on a public toilet, the text, the toilet and the posting time are stored in Apple's iCloud public database (CloudKit) and are visible to other users. No name is stored (iCloud attaches an anonymous user identifier). This feature is not available yet.
